Legal Training–Seasons Family Support Center
OnlineThis training will focus on common legal questions for foster, adoptive, and kinship populations. It will cover topics such as subsidized vs unsubsidized adoption, guardianship, conservatorship, and funding options for adoption/guardianship. It will be facilitated in partnership with attorney Phil De Koster of De Koster & De Koster Law Firm alongside Gina Touney and others of Iowa HHS. This training is applicable for both professionals working with foster/adoptive/kinship children and families as well as families themselves.

Family ECHO: Autism
