It will cover topics such as subsidized vs unsubsidized adoption, guardianship, conservatorship, and funding options for adoption/guardianship. It will be facilitated in partnership with attorney Phil De Koster of De Koster & De Koster Law Firm alongside Gina Touney and others of Iowa HHS. This training is applicable for both professionals working with foster/adoptive/kinship children and families as well as families themselves.
