Hands-on workshops offer you the opportunity to learn safe food preservation techniques.

Jam Making and Dehydrating

Pressure Canning and Freezing

Eligibility Criteria
Adults age 18 years or older
Instructions for Referral

Cost: $40 per person for each workshop (3-4 hours in length), scholarships available during online registration. Program available upon request.
